Our Shipping Policies Our primary method of shipment is UPS, U.S. Mail, Fed Ex, and Priority Mail. For International orders we ship Global Priority. If your area is not serviced by Global Priority, your shipment will be sent via Air Mail. Please note: Insurance is not always available on International shipments. If you are concerned about this, please contact us and we'll do our best to answer your questions. Returning Items Bad Kids, LLC accepts returns for damaged goods or exchanges. Returned items must be in re-saleable condition (washed or worn apparel will not be accepted). Sealed or shrink-wrapped items will not be accepted if the shrink wrap or seal has been broken. No returns on posters or CDs (unless CD is unopened). Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via email of your refund or exchange. There will be no refunds of shipping & handling fees. Customer is responsible for all shipping related charges for sending items back to us. Items may be exchanged for another item or a different size.
